It is with a heavy heart that we need to inform everyone that the 2017 Naturally New Orleans will be cancelled.

This decision was made necessary due to lack of entries.  After almost 40 years of hosting our tournament on Easter weekend, this year was not meant to be.  The entry deadline has just passed and the numbers are simply not there this year to make the tournament feasible.  Even our attempt at combining age divisions did not work out.  Please notify your coaches, players and parents and let them know.

We want to remind you that If you have a room reserved be sure to cancel it.  But if you still want to come to New Orleans over the Easter holidays and enjoy all the great things our city has to offer, the Hilton has graciously said they will honor the discounted room rate that you were given when you reserved your room.

For almost 4 decades we had been host to our Easter Tournament but regretfully this year we had to come to this conclusion.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused your club.

You entry fee will be mailed promptly to you.

Coach must print their most updated “WebPoint roster”, bring with them to tournament and present to ref before the beginning of each match.  It is their responsibility to have it in their possession at all times.  Only Webpoint rosters will be accepted for Naturally New Orleans.

Important note from John Cline, Bayou Region commissioner:
All BayouRVA sanctioned events are required to use rosters for all participating teams. Officials will check official printed rosters for each team at the beginning of play. Only USAV members listed on the roster may participate in the event. Naturally New Orleans will accept Webpoint rosters only – no other printed rosters will be allowed.

Events directors may at their discretion determine if any fees will be charged for roster changes prior to or during their event. (A player may not be added to a roster once the team has begun play.) ONLY the event director may change a team’s roster once the event has begun.
